Getting to Vis with ferry
Vis island is served by both car ferry and fast ferries.
Car ferry is operated by Jadrolinija, and there is a direct line from Split. Fast ferries (catamarans) are available by Jadrolinija and Krilo Kapetan Luka. Both fast ferries accommodate only foot passengers, so if you are coming to Vis with a car, you need to take the car ferry by Jadrolinija.
The ferries arrive at Vis town harbour — from there you can take the bus directly to Komiža.
